Electronic Services Treasury Management Specialist

Job Summary:

Provide high-level customer service and support to business customers and frontline branch staff for Electronic Banking Services including ACH, Wires, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and eStatements. Work closely with customers and bank staff to ensure effective communication in the implementation of services, training of end users, and promotion of the features and benefits of electronic products and services. Provide technical support to business customers as it relates to system access and industry practices related to data security. Administer platforms for Mobile Banking and Remote Deposit Capture Update web page content.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation, training and support of Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay
  • Process and complete the set-up for all cash management enrollments submitted through the website
  • Maintain customer records electronically
  •  Provide assistance via telephone, in-person or e-mail in response to customer inquiry or branch referral
  • Assist in sales of Treasury Management services to business customers
  • Respond to or coordinate response to e-mail received through bank website or online banking site
  • Assist customers with onsite or webex meetings for installation of products and services, password resets and access problems
  • Assists customers with technical support of products and services related to Treasury Management and Electronic Services
  • Provides assistance in training Bank personnel on the features and benefits of Treasury Management products and services
  • Maintains relationships with vendors and escalates issues as needed
  • Resolves problems within given authority
  • Assists in the coordination and support of audits and examinations
  • Update product information and content on the website
  • Assist with ensuring that division heads review their website content periodically
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues within managed applications
  • Customer Service
  • Provide the highest quality of internal and external customer service
  • Serve as a role model of professionalism, including personal conduct, customer service efforts and personal appearance
  • Has a full knowledge of all Treasury Management and Electronic Services and is able to assist internal and external customers
  • Develop, review and revise department procedures and submit as required for approval
  • Backup for other positions in Electronic Services department
  • May act as member of the on call support team
  • May supervise one or more team members
